ABOUT US

Definition by Doctor Das, was formed by multi-hyphenate creative and audio engineer, Somesh Das after working on numerous audio/visual projects including conferences, concerts, live music videos and feature films.
We are proud of our ability to work as a team with any company, brand or artist to execute a vision and an experience that serves the unique story each event or song inevitably deserves. Whether it be intimate music performance shoots, or high traffic networking events and conferences, Definition by Doctor Das can facilitate any of your live audio and visual needs on the day of event, in addition to professional, cinema like, post production edits.
We are capable of providing up to 32 channels of audio/microphone/instrument inputs, as well as a 5 camera multi-cam setup to capture, amplify or project audio and visual material for the day of event. We also provide live-streaming services through OBS to Zoom or other platforms, in addition to a multi-track and multi-cam recording of the event and performances that can be edited in post production for distribution and/or publication.
This will be executed by a team of 2-10 individuals led by Doctor Das with the use of high grade, industry standard AV gear that can be found on our equipment page.
What separates Definition by Doctor Das from a typical live events AV team, is that Doctor Das and his visual partners boast successful careers and credits as artists and creatives, and have a seasoned eye and ear for creative and artistic flair.
